1. Acceptance

By using SubmitSure ("the Site", "the Service"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer published on this site. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. The service

SubmitSure provides free, browser-based tools for checking and preparing files for applications: a file requirement checker, an image compressor, a photo resizer, a signature resizer, a PDF size and page checker, a screenshot requirement reader, and batch file preparation. All processing happens in your browser. The Site does not store your files, does not submit applications on your behalf, and is not affiliated with any government, university, employer, visa authority or application portal.

3. Free use, no account

The tools are free to use. No account, registration or payment is required, and no payment will be requested to use them. We may change, improve or withdraw a tool at any time without notice.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and only with files you have the right to use. You must not use the Site to prepare forged, falsified or misleading documents, to impersonate another person, to infringe anyone's rights, or to attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the Site. You are responsible for the files you process and for the accuracy of the rules you enter.

5. Accuracy and no guarantee

The tools report measurements of the files you provide, against the rules you enter or the presets you choose. Presets are common examples and may be out of date or may not match a particular portal's current rules. A PASS result means the file met the rules you entered; it does not guarantee that any application will be accepted. Always confirm the current rules on the official application portal. 6. Your responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your original files, for checking the final file before you submit it anywhere, and for complying with the rules of the organisation you are applying to. Do not rely on SubmitSure as your only check.

7. Intellectual property

The text, design and code of this Site belong to its owner, except for the open-source libraries it uses (pdf.js and JSZip, each under its own licence). You may link to the Site and share its pages. You may not copy the Site's content and present it as your own, or resell access to the tools.

8. Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular application. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the owner is not liable for any loss arising from use of the Site, including a rejected application, a lost file, or a missed deadline.

9. Third-party services

The Site may load optional open-source libraries (pdf.js and JSZip) from a public content delivery network. Those libraries are provided by their respective owners under their own licences, and we are not responsible for their availability. No advertising code is currently installed on the Site.

10. Changes

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will change when they are, and continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
