SubmitSure's tools measure a file's format, size, dimensions and (for PDFs) page count, and compare those measurements with the rules you enter or with a preset you choose. A PASS result means the file met those rules at the time you checked it. It does not guarantee that a job application, university admission, passport application, visa application, or any other application will be accepted. The organisation running the application makes the final decision, and it may apply rules that are not covered here — for example, the content, quality or authenticity of a photograph, or a rule that changed after a preset was written.

Application rules change. Presets on this site are common examples, not official rules. Before you submit anything, read the current instructions on the official application portal and confirm the file against those instructions. If the portal and SubmitSure disagree, follow the portal.

No professional advice

Nothing on this site is legal, immigration, educational or employment advice. If you need advice about an application, contact the organisation concerned or a qualified adviser.

SubmitSure is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government, university, employer, visa authority, application portal, or to Google. Mention of a type of application (for example, a government job or a passport) is descriptive only.

Accuracy and availability

We take care to make the tools accurate, but they are provided "as is", without any warranty. Browsers, file formats and third-party libraries can behave differently, and a tool may not work correctly for an unusual or damaged file. If a result looks wrong, check the file in another way — for example, open the image or PDF in your usual viewer — before you rely on it.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the files you submit, for the accuracy of the information in your application, and for keeping copies of your originals. SubmitSure is not responsible for a rejected application, a missed deadline, or any loss arising from reliance on a tool result.
