Contact Us

We welcome bug reports, corrections to presets, and suggestions for new tools. If a tool gave you a wrong result, please include the tool name, the file type and size you used, and what you expected to happen — that is usually enough to reproduce the problem.

How this form works: SubmitSure has no backend server and no contact database. Pressing "Open email" fills in an email in your own email app, addressed to the site owner. Nothing is sent automatically, and you can review or edit the message before you send it. Do not attach personal documents such as passports, ID cards or application forms — we do not need them to help with a tool problem, and you should not send them to anyone by email.
